Terms of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Refusal of service will never be outcome of harassment or discrimination based on a person's race, ancestry, national origin, color, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, religion, physical disability, mental disability, marital status, and medical condition.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
All return claims, and claims must be made within five days of pick-up or delivering of goods.
All returns must have prior return authorization and may be subject to partial return.

A Finance charge of 5% per month will be assessed on unpaid balances beyond established terms.
Any item or service not listed in our prices, however offered, will be priced at the time of ordering. Since the item or service is not listed in our prices, the prices of such item or service will change frequently due to market costs or total cost of the job.
No Division can not be held responsible for wrong styles, misshipments or late arrivals received from your merchandise source. Please contact Customer Service for details.
For provided materials only, we will not be responsibile for returning products to 3rd party distributers. We will charge you to ship your products back to you.
Our Damage/Shortage allowance is 2% - 3% of order quantity, rounded up to the nearest unit.
We offer no refunds for embroidery, flyers, or stickers.

Maximum liability for garments costing $0.01 - $8.49 is $1.
Maximum liability for garments costing $8.50 - $19.99 is $5.
Maximum liability for garments costing $20 or more is $8.
The liability cost per garment may not be larger than the retail cost of the garment. If the garment's retail cost is lower than the maximum liability, than the maximum liability is the retail cost per garment.
Standard shipping (USPS) includes a tracking number for each package and is available upon request. No Division will not be responsible for tracking the shipment and coordinating the delivery.
If you would like to ship your order thru DHL, UPS, or FedEx, it will be a handeling fee of $5 per package. You must provide all of the information needed for your prefered shipping company to ship your order under your account.
We will insure all shipments for double the cost of your order (thus paying for the lost order, and producing a new order). The total insurance amout will be rendered to No Division, even if the insurance amount is higher than the production costs.
Due to hosting services, email addresses ending is @nodivision.com may sometimes be unavailable. This is extreemly unlikly. However, should you have any problems, you can also e-mail nodivision1998@hotmail.com.
We do not offer the service of artwork, and expect your files to be ready to print. We can do limited artowkr for free if you need somthing simple such as type setting and you have an idea of what you want, and you expect that it will take under 20 minits to complete.
We do our best to keep all of the artwork that we have printed, and worked with, backed up.
If for any reason you need a copy of a file that we have. It will cost $5 per file (e-mailed), or $15 per CD (including shipping).
COPYRIGHTS: Use of copyright marks and payment of licensed property royalties are the responsibility of the customer.
STOCK AVAILABILITY: Every effort is made to ensure stock availability. Please confirm stock before placing order. Replacement of similar item is preferred however back orders are accepted but can hold back the order for weeks (until goods are available).
ENDORSEMENTS: Logos used in by us on this website and other propiganda are to show production ability only. Not meant to be advertisements nor does the owner of such logo designs authorize these items for sale to sell to anyone other than the parties expressly.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: All orders are acknowledged by email or in person only. Orders are non-cancelable once production has begun.
RUSH ORDERS: Rush orders are available and determined case by case. Please call your local representative for details.
CANCELLATION ON ORDERS: No cancellation is accepted after order has been produced.
On non-decorated goods, a 25% restocking fee (unless goods are privided by customer) will apply for cancelled orders, plus any screen or setup fee.
PRODUCTION TIME: Our standard turn-around time is 10 days, however you should allow 5 - 14 working days for normal production on goods after artwork approval or submition and deposit (or goods have been supplied by customer). Blank items can be shipped within 2-3 business days.
REPEAT ORDERS: Please specify previous order date, invoice number, and logo description. Confirmation is still required.
OVER/UNDER RUNS: Allowance up to 2% chargeable over run or 2% under run for goods. Factory reserves the right not to print balance.
TERMS: When buying goods from us, the deposit for the cost of goods is due upfront. When we are shipping your order, the deposit for the cost of shipping is due upfront. Balance is due upon pick-up or receiving your order (within 1 business day).
On orders of $50 or less, 100% of the order is due upfront instead of a deposit, than the balance after.
PRINT SIZE: Provided artwork should be 160 resolution, and exact size to be printed. Otherwise it must be specified or else the best-fit size will be used if not specified.
SHIPPING METHOD: All goods are shipped via USPS First Class for small packages, and Priority for large packages, unless specified at the time of order. Available shipping methods are listed above.
DISCLAIMER: No Division will not be liable for shipment delays caused by shippers (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc), customs, overseas quota, or other uncontrollable natural causes. Every effort will be made for on-time delivery.
RETURNS: Return claims must be made within five days (it is your responsability to return as quickly as possible). Returns are subject to authorization.
NO RETURNS ON DECORATED ITEMS.
All sales are final unless otherwise noted.
Any payments made greater than the amount of the order with the intintion of any returned payment will be reported to the apropiate authorities. Scams will not be tollorated.
